An illegal rave that drew roughly 300 attendees to a wooded area near Capel St Andrew, Suffolk, over the weekend resulted in ten arrests and the seizure of multiple sound systems, according to local authorities.
The unlicensed event was broken up by police, who moved in to disperse the crowd and confiscate equipment. Specific charges have not been disclosed, but the operation led to several detentions.
Such gatherings have become a recurring flashpoint in the UK, where underground party culture frequently clashes with law enforcement. The Suffolk incident is the latest in a string of illegal raves that have prompted swift police response.
